Start from wherever you are now.

Whether you’re starting from a paper diary, a spreadsheet or your phone, the first steps are the same: add your services, prices and working hours, put in your upcoming appointments, and add clients as they book.

Your first 30 days are free. No card needed to start.

The question we hear

“How do I move over without losing track of anything?”

There’s no way to import a client list yet, so keep your old records where they are for history. You can import your professional contacts, such as GPs and specialists, from a spreadsheet.

A manageable move

Start small. Check each step.

  1. Try one task

Try a booking, note or invoice with sample data.

  2. Decide what moves

Upcoming appointments come across by hand. Old records stay where they are.

  3. Review before switching

Check imported contacts, practice details and active message settings.

Importing professional contacts is not the same as moving client records.

In your day

What you can do

  1. Tell us your profession and get suggested services to start from.

  2. Practise with sample data first, so you can try things out before anything is real.

  3. Add clients one at a time, or let them add themselves when they book online.

  4. Import professional contacts (GPs, specialists, insurers, solicitors) from a spreadsheet, with a preview and duplicate checks.

  5. Check what your clients will receive before your first real booking.

Good to know

Before you start

There’s no client-list import yet, and appointment history, notes and documents can’t be brought across automatically. The contacts import is for professional contacts, not clients. Keep your existing records somewhere safe for as long as you need them.

Questions

Common questions

Can you import my client list?
Not yet. Add clients as they book, or one at a time. A client-list import is on our plans.
What about my old notes?
Keep them where they are. You don’t need to move old notes to start writing new ones in Numa Health.
