Prices are in pounds. The main price includes 20% VAT, and the price before VAT is shown next to it. Yearly plans are paid once a year. You’ll choose monthly or yearly inside the app.

Note drafts are written automatically by software. They need your client’s consent and your sign-off before anything is saved. A messaging number is for texts and WhatsApp messages to clients; it isn’t a phone-answering service.
Texts and emails
One text credit covers 1 SMS segment or 1 WhatsApp message. A long text can use more than one segment. Texts and WhatsApp messages share the same allowance.
For example, 12 appointments a week over four weeks, each with two text reminders, means 96 texts: at least 96 text credits. Confirmations, forms and payment messages are extra.
Texts and WhatsApp messages pause when your text credits run out, until you top up or your monthly allowance renews. Emails keep sending.
Text packs start at £7.20 including VAT (£6 before VAT) for 100 text credits.
Email packs start at £4.80 including VAT (£4 before VAT) for 500 emails. Packs do not expire.
Stripe charges a fee for each card payment your clients make. You can add a dedicated number for client messages, or more texts and emails. You’ll always see the price before you buy.
