Get paid without the awkward chat.
Invoices with your logo can be made for you when a session is done, sent by email and paid online by card once you’ve connected Stripe. You can see at a glance who has paid and who hasn’t.

The question we hear
“Can I stop chasing clients for money myself?”
If an invoice goes unpaid, Numa Health can send up to three polite reminders, each with a link to pay by card once you’ve connected Stripe. You choose the days and the wording, and the reminders stop once the invoice is paid.

What you can do
Create invoices yourself, or have them made for you when an appointment is completed or the client checks in.
PDF invoices with your logo and practice details, sent by email, or by WhatsApp once it’s set up (early access).
Clients pay by card from a payment link, once you’ve connected Stripe. Paying from the client portal and saved cards are coming soon.
Up to three payment reminders, a friendly nudge, a second reminder and a final notice, on the days you choose. They pause if someone pays, promises to pay or disputes the invoice, and you can mark any client “do not chase”.
Record cash, card and bank transfer payments, issue refunds and credit notes, and send statements.
Reports on takings, outstanding balances and sessions not yet invoiced, which you can download as a spreadsheet.
Clients can see their invoices and download receipts in their portal.
Good to know
Before you start
Card payments use your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges a fee for each payment. Automatic invoices and payment reminders are off until you switch them on, and sending an invoice is a separate setting from creating it.
Payment reminders go by email, or by WhatsApp where it’s set up; there’s no text-message or phone-call step. A reminder doesn’t guarantee payment, and a sent reminder can’t be taken back. Recording a bank transfer is a manual step: there’s no bank feed.
