Your policies, applied for you.
Set your practice details, invoice numbering, bank details and VAT settings once. Every invoice then looks the same and tells clients exactly how to pay.
Your first 30 days are free. No card needed to start.
The question we hear
“Can my booking and payment rules match how my practice already works?”
Add the policies you already have: a deposit when someone books, a fee for late cancellations, and insurer details for clients whose sessions an insurer pays for. Fees for missed sessions are coming soon.

What you can do
Invoices in pounds with your practice name, logo, contact details and your own numbering.
Bank details on every invoice for clients who pay by transfer, and VAT settings if you’re VAT-registered.
Deposits for each service: a set amount, a percentage or the full fee, taken when the client books online.
Late-cancellation fees, taken from the deposit the client paid when they booked. You can waive a fee. Missed-session fees, and charging anything above the deposit to a saved card, are coming soon.
Insurer details on the invoice: insurer, policy and membership numbers, authorisation code and claim reference, with the client’s excess tracked.
A course of treatment with a session limit or spending cap, for example what an insurer has authorised, with a report at the end.
Ready-made insurer letters, such as pre-authorisation requests and treatment reports.
Good to know
Before you start
Deposits and fees need card payments, which use your own Stripe account; Stripe charges a fee for each payment. Fees stay off until you switch them on, and should match the policy you’ve given your clients. Numa Health doesn’t send claims to insurers or check cover: insurer details and letters are there for you to send and follow up.
